All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

The costs of packaging and postage are shown separately.

3. Ordering Goods online

You give us warranty that all the provided information during the time of the order is accurate and complete and relates to you the person placing the order and not to a third party.

4. Privacy

You will provide us a personal information when you place an order. None of this information will be disclose to a third party except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery. We do not store our customers financial details.

5. Payment

All payments for Goods ,packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered.

The payment is made by PayPal.

6. Delivery

An estimated delivery date will be provided but is not guaranteed by us.

If the Goods appear to be damaged during the transportation or in any event you must notify us/contact us within 48 hours. In these case all packaging need to be kept as this may be required when making claim.

7. Returns and Refund

If you wish to return an item you can write to us at or fill our enquiry form. You should make it clear if you require an exchange or a refund for the item.

Items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted so a refund/exchange will not be made.

A good care of all Goods must be taken so when return them to us we highly recommend our customers to made an appropriate packaging to avoid damage.

Refund of the Goods will be made within 30 days of the cancellation notice but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.

A custom orders personalised for the customer will not have the right to be returned.

Items should be returned new, unused,unworn. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

8. Care of the Silver Goods

To enjoy any of your silver jewellery longer we recommend to follow few simple rules.

The Sterling Silver is affected by the chemical Sulfur and its compounds and this affect the colour to changed from black to dark yellow.

Sulfur can be found in some detergents, in cosmetics (perfumes,Body spray, hair dye,etc.),in fuels and oils, fats.

Other factors that can impact the Silver can be the humidity of the air,sea/mineral water, changes of the environment temperature also.

We recommend regularly checking and cleaning of the jewellery by professional.

Removing the Silver jewellery is necessary while performing activities like fitness, sports or working in a contaminated environment,while cleaning,repairing or other type of work.

9. Warranties

We give warranty that all Goods selling to the customers meets the descriptions as shown on our website.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in are and will belong to Silverzone77. Any

infringement will be pursued vigorously.
