Recommendations for a guaranteed returns:
An item can be returned in an original condition within 30 days of delivery.
If the reason for the return is a wrong size ordered the easiest or even cheapest way might be to check if a local jeweller offer resizing service.
Worn, scratched or damaged items will not be accepted.
If you decide to return an item please contact us via email or fill our enquiry form. An unique return number (URN) will be send to you but do not forget to include your order number.
The URN will need to be write on the return label or package.
For a security reasons “jewellery” or a similar description is recommended to be not included outside of the package.
A signature delivery option via the carrier of your choice is recommended as an additional safety.
